Foodland’s Give Aloha Program

Foodland’s Give Aloha Program matches a portion of the donation that people make at Foodland in connection with their Maikai Card. The donations must be made in the month of September 2025.

When you go to a Foodland Cashier, you show them your Foodland Maikai Card (or give your phone number), and tell them that you want to make a $249 donation to Christ the Foundation Anglican Church: #78970 (the maximum amount is $249 to any one charity per Maikai Card).

Then you turn over a copy of that receipt (paper, text, or email) with your name, and address to Deacon Lisa. Please remember to give your address on the receipt or text.  This is because Foodland will not give us the donor information (name & address). So to record your donation as part of your tax deductible tithe we need the receipt of your gift.

This would also be a great time for a co-worker, family member, or friend to make a charitable donation to CTF. They just need to have their own Maikai Card number, and they pay with their own credit card.  You can only make one donation to CTF using that same credit card.

What will you get out of this?  You will 1) get mileage/or points if you use your credit card; 2) get to deduct the $249 as a charitable donation on your tax return; 3) and help our church family toward our financial goals.
